Please allow approximately two weeks for your order to be made. This turnaround time does not include shipping.
Return & Exchanges
All personalized and custom-made items are crafted specifically to your specifications. Because these pieces are uniquely yours, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all spelling, sizing, and color selections before completing your order.
If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
